The production has the specialities of continuous, high efficiency, environmental protection and low cost. Features: 1) Highly automated entry and exit sections that ensure effcient coil handling. 2) Vertical or horizontal strip accumulators. 3) Acid pre-cleaning sections. 4) Elevating pots are also available for use with fixed furnace snouts. 5) Closed-loop coating weight gauges for controlling coating thinknesses. 6) Dip, spray and coater-type passivating systems, including resin coaters. 7) Tension-levelling sections and skin pass mills.
